WARRANTY TERMS
All devices used for installation carries 1 year warranty on manufactures defect. If the item cannot be repaired we install a brand new device provided that:

1) The device is undamaged and does not show any signs of falls, alternations, tampering and so forth
2) The defect is not due natural disasters such as floods, which is out of our control 
3) The device failure is not due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance
4) No significant alterations made to the device hardware and software, affecting its performance
